Trick Daddy is known to have born on 27th of September in the year 1974 in Miami region of Florida. He, along with his ten other siblings was brought up by mother Pearl Brockington. His childhood with father Charles young had witnessed an unfortunate turn in his life, as he would go on drug dealing along with him on the local streets. This had also led to his arrest at the age of fifteen for drug peddling and possessing a firearm. After getting released, he was arrested the same day on charges of attempt to murder of a man. His brother was shot and murdered in the year 1994. Fortunately, after his eviction from imprisonment, he was introduced to the world of raps by Ted Lucas.
The trick was spotted in a popular 2 Live Crew member Luther “Luke” Campbell work, soundtrack entitled “Scarred”. The success of the song had taken a hefty turned in his life and he was soon offered with many projects by several producers. Ted Lucas had henceforth signed him for Slip-n-Slide Records where he had launched his first album in the year 1997 under the stage name Trick Daddy Dollars entitled “Based on a True Story”.
