Paul Donald Wight Jr. was born on February 8, 1972, in South Carolina. There is not much information available about his family but as shows from his name, his father name was Paul Donald Wight. Paul Jr. is having an acromegaly, a disease due to high level of growth hormone in the body. His body structure was very unusual from childhood. In 1990, Paul Jr. underwent successful surgery of pituitary gland, which slow down the advancement of disease.
He played basketball and football during his school days at Wyman King Academy in South Carolina. He quit the football after his conflict with the team coach.
